Street Art in Vantaa – Take a Look at these Murals!

Five international artists painted large murals to Hakunila, Myyrmäki and Martinlaakso last summer. Take a look at the colourful results on this video. The murals were commissioned by Street Art Vantaa and Vantaa Art Museum Artsi and curated with Street Art Today.
Project Seinähullu Vantaa continues this summer in Koivukylä and in Länsimäki area. This time five Finnish artists will do the painting. Seinähullu Vantaa aims to increase the amount and quality of Finnish mural art.
Myyrmäki area in Vantaa was well known of its street art also before this project. For example the train station in Myyrmäki is fully painted – outside and inside. It’s easy to access Myyrmäki by train directly from Helsinki airport so do come and visit!
