30.8.2017Enjoy the atmosphere of Aviapolis Block Party! Residents were invited to create an international, new kind of Aviapolis, an Aviapolis with an edge that looks like its residents.
Children planned the day-care center of dreams, and the young made lyrics about their world. The winners of the Aviatalent competition—from gymnasts to singers—performed at the event.
The museum airplane started its motors in front of the Finnish Aviation Museum. At the same time, the city of the future was explored with virtual headsets at the Airport hotel Clarion Helsinki.
The city arranged the event together with local businesses and partners. Aviapolis is a rapidly growing workplace and residential area right next to the airport.
